Descriptions of Job duties:

- Daily facilitating bookings, bookings creation and punctuality recording

- Daily recording cancellation & rejection cases and money reconciliation with accounting

- Support nurses on inventory orders and inventory reconciliation

- Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly report

- Support HBC daily activities and other duties as assigned.

- Train, supervise day-to-day activities, leadership, and support nurses.

- Ensure sample collection activities (onsite and offsite) to be on time and exact

- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback

- Ensure timely and accurate customer service, encouraging to team and staff

- Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests

- Troubleshoot emergencies

Lab/nurse related duties:

- Verifies test requisitions and follow Home blood collection’s SOP

- Able to explain the procedure and understanding tests requirements

- Tracks collected specimens by initialing, dating, and noting times of collection

- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Ensure patient confidentiality

Experience and skills requirements: 

- Verbal Communication, Good customer service skills

- To be thorough and pay strong attention to detail, Excellent organizational skills

- Multitasking and focusing ability 

- Venipuncture / Capillary Blood Collection is preferred 

- Be a team player

- Excel & Word Proficiency

- Experience in team management
