General Purpose
Perform accounting and operational duties related to daily cash management, cash reconciliation, banking transactions, revenue tracking, and cash flow monitoring to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash and revenue reconciliation.
- Support bank relationship management and POS system operations.
- Reconcile daily payments and deposits with actual cash flow.
- Support coordination of the company’s cash circulation activities.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting, including working capital management.
- Update bank statements on a daily basis.
- Manage and ensure all daily financial transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
- Liaise with banks regarding banking services, products, and relationship management.
- Issue VAT invoices, process refunds, and monitor receivables for the direct billing insurance segment.
- Process customer refunds.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cash Accounting; candidates with retail industry experience are preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong logical thinking with effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, careful, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, perform effectively under pressure, maintain accuracy, and demonstrate a positive working attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), ERP systems, and related tools.
